Reporting something wrong with the money
This is the most useful report you can send, and the hardest to reconstruct afterwards. Before you close the round, open Settle Up and note the format, the stakes, who was in and which holes they played. Then say what the app showed and what you expected. If a hole is where it went wrong, name the hole.
Common questions
Can everyone enter their own scores?
No. One phone keeps the card for the group, the way one person keeps the paper card. Per-player scoring is not planned for the first version.
Someone joined at the turn. Do they pay for the whole round?
No. Each player has a window of holes they were in for, set in round setup, and the money only counts the holes they played.
Are handicaps supported?
Not in the first version. Play is scratch. The app does show an unofficial handicap on a player's record once they have three rated rounds, but it is a display number and strokes are not applied during play.
What happens to a skin nobody wins?
Once every planned hole is in, unclaimed skins go to the low round score, split if that is tied. They do not disappear.
Putts and penalties are not changing my score.
Correct. They are recorded for your own stats, not added to the stroke count. The number you tap on the keypad is your gross score for the hole.
Can I fix a name I spelled wrong?
Yes, on the Friends screen. Players are records, so a rename fixes every screen at once. Rounds already finished keep the name they were played under, on purpose.
How do I move my history to a new phone?
Personalization, at the bottom, has a Backup card. Export a file from the old phone, get it to the new one, and import it there. Import merges into whatever is already on the phone rather than replacing it.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the app. Nothing is stored anywhere else.

Welcome, at the same address. Being asked for something twice moves it up the list faster than anything else.
